About Alan Counts Ministries

Alan Counts Ministries is a free online teaching ministry led by Pastor Alan Counts. Our purpose is simple: to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ from Genesis to Revelation, straight from the Word of God.

Every teaching on this site is offered free of charge. Alan Counts Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Texas.

The ministry is led by Pastor Alan Counts and overseen by its board of directors: Alan Counts, Carrie Counts, and Robert L. Hyatt.

Our Mission

To feed and tend the flock of God (John 21:15-17) by teaching the full counsel of God, line upon line and precept upon precept, so that we read the Bible to see Jesus, put our trust in Him, and walk in obedience to His Word.

What We Believe

The Bible is the inspired Word of God, forever settled in heaven. Jesus Christ is seen from Genesis 1:1 all the way through Revelation 22:21.

The LORD our God is one (Deuteronomy 6:4). He is eternal, the Creator of all things, and He has no beginning or end.

Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29). We are saved by His grace when we put our trust in Him (John 1:12).

The Holy Spirit of God leads us into all truth, bears witness of Jesus, and convicts us and leads us back to Christ when we stray (John 15:26, John 16).

The church is the Ekklesia, a called-out people who belong to the Lord. Teaching must come from the Word of God, not from dreams or experiences, and we are to test every spirit (1 John 4:1).

Jesus Christ is coming again. Even so, come, Lord Jesus (Revelation 22:20).
