I study the bible often. I'm blessed to have the time to do so. I recently posted an article about the rebuilding of Babylon. I will provide a biblical insight into Babylon, from its mention in Genesis to its destruction in Revelation 18. Tonight, I'd like to share a little about the Chaldeans. That's the land that Abram, "Ur of the Chaldeans," was called out of by God in Genesis Chapter 11.

So, I don't bore anyone. At this point, I will note that Babylon and Chaldea were both cities in southern Mesopotamia, several hundred years before Babylon became a world empire under King Nebuchadnezzar. Over time, the names of both cities have become interchangeable, so when reading the names of the Chaldeans or Babylon in the bible, it's correct as the Chaldeans were absorbed into the Babylonian Empire. In May of this year (2025), a Chaldean Library was opened in the state of Michigan in honor of "Ibrahim N. Ibrahim," the first Chaldean Bishop in the United States. I'm not sure if Mar is short for Marduk in the Bible. Marduk in the bible is a false god, but many people worship it.

Another interesting fact about the Chaldean language is its use in naming children. Children were often sacrificed by fire to please these false gods. The Chaldean name Yule means infant. This Christmas, we should keep in mind what it means to toss another yule log on the fire. I'm not trying to ruin anyone's Christmas, but it's essential to know that God has a plan to destroy Babylon. From it all the false religions of the world come. Please celebrate Christmas if you wish, but don't make it a Christian Holiday. Christ was born in the Fall, but that is another teaching.

A study of ancient civilizations takes time. As we study ancient Babylon, I hope people will see that our God is the creator of the universe. As we study the major prophets in the Bible, such as Isaiah and Jeremiah, among others, we can see that God is in control of all time, space, and the earth. Jesus is seen in Genesis 1:1 all the way through Revelation 22:21. In verse 20, John writes the words of Jesus, “Surely I am coming quickly.” John then writes amen two times. Amen is a statement of importance; it means John agrees with the words of Jesus. He then assures us of Christ's return when he writes Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. He then says; The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with the saints. Amen.

Israel was disobedient to God's word in the books of the prophets. Don't think of disobedience as an act. Think about disobedience as not listening to the prophets God sent. Isaiah was sawn in half with a wooden saw at the age of 92 for what he said to the Northern house of Israel before Assyria wiped them out. Jeremiah was thrown into prison for speaking what God told him to say, but all the false prophets were telling the people of Judah that everything was fine and that God was with them, right before they were carried away from their country into Babylon.

He is not done with Israel, but the bible is clear. He will save a remnant of Israel after the time of the Gentiles is fulfilled. Right now, He is dealing with the church (Gentiles). Will we listen to Him through His Word, or will we continue to preach feel-good messages to His flock? The New Apostolic Reformation and the Fivefold Ministry have absolutely no biblical foundation to stand on. The love of God is sacrificial. Why we can and should feel good and rejoice in His love, we too must realize that it's much more than a feeling. It's a commitment to sacrifice our desires and wants for what He wants from us. He wants us to trust Him.

He who testifies these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. Revelation 22:20

God bless us all!

Some may find what I wrote about Israel harsh or even wrong. While there is no doubt in my heart that God brought Israel back as a nation in 1948, there are a few other facts to consider. The land that Abraham marched on is considerably larger than modern-day Israel. Israel does not allow private DNA testing. DNA testing is done by the government, and the records are sealed. The Orthodox Church in Israel was allowed by the government to bring in people who converted to Judaism. Whether there is a record of those people's bloodline, I cannot tell you. When the dry bones rise and the two sticks are rubbed together in Ezekiel 37, then Israel will become one nation again, and the northern tribes will be reunited with the southern tribes as one, ruled by God.
